InfernoCast 42 - Felicia Oh, of the "Dirty Dozen" female American Black Belts in Jiu Jitsu under Jean Jaques Machado

Felicia discovers finding martial arts later in life, being intimidated by it and then overcoming the challenges of training.  Her story of good training partners and the support system of the gym is inspiring. 

Felicia also talks about a health issue that almost convinced her to give up BJJ, but she found a way to endure.  Felicia also creates artwork and her creativity seems to surface in many areas of her life.  She gives some great advice on navigating struggles and finding the "Flow State".
